Do I have to take all five services?
+
No. Most clients start with one — usually a website or the AI Estimator — and add others as they see the workflow click. Each service stands on its own and integrates with the others if you add them later.
Are you an agency or a software company?
+
Both, neither, depends who's asking. We're a landscaping company that built our own software stack and decided to license it to other contractors. The products (CRM, AI Estimator, calculators) are productized. The custom work (websites, ops tooling, marketing retainers) is bespoke. Same team, same standard.
How is this different from LMN / Aspire / SingleOps / Service Autopilot?
+
Those are vertical SaaS giants — feature-stuffed and priced for 30+ crew operations. We're built for solo and small-crew landscape and outdoor-living contractors ($250K–$1.5M/yr) who don't need a 200-feature platform — they need a few things working really well. Pricing reflects that: $149–799/mo CRM tier vs. their $300+/mo per-user entry pricing.
What's the engagement model?
+
Fixed-bid for build work (websites, ops tooling). Monthly retainer for ongoing care (marketing, hosting, support). Usage-based subscription for products (CRM, AI Estimator). No long-term contracts on the SaaS — cancel any month.
Will you work with my existing CRM / website / tools?
+
Yes — we integrate before we replace. If your existing system is fine, we'll build around it. We've built adapters for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Copper, Keap, Freshsales, and Dynamics 365, but we're still validating each on real customer data — so on the discovery call we'll be straight about which are battle-tested vs early-access. If you bring a stack we haven't touched, we scope an integration build separately.
Where are you based?
+
Barrie, Ontario. Most clients are in southern Ontario, but the SaaS products and remote builds work anywhere in North America. On-site visits within ~2 hours of the GTA.
