Why concierge onboarding instead of self-serve signup?

Honest answer: we're in limited beta. Each contractor's setup is different — different suppliers, labor rates, proposal voice — and getting those right is what makes the AI useful instead of generic. A 30-minute Zoom call gets all of it dialed in faster than any self-serve wizard would. Once we have 50–100 contractors live and the patterns repeat, we'll open self-serve. Until then, you get a real human walking you through it.
How accurate is the pricing?

Within 5–10% on common scopes (decks, paver patios, retaining walls, concrete pads, mulch and topsoil) once we've wired in your suppliers and labor rates. Wider on novel jobs. Every quote is editable before send, and we tune the model based on the corrections you make.
Do you have my supplier's pricing?

If you're in southern Ontario: probably yes — we have Carr Landscape Depot, Brock Aggregates, Permacon, Unilock, and Home Depot Pro. Anywhere else, send us your supplier price list (CSV, screenshots, or just a phone call walking us through it). We wire it in during onboarding.
Will it match my proposal style?

Yes — bring 3–5 of your past proposals to the onboarding call. We train it on your tone, section structure, payment terms, and exclusions. If you're brand new and don't have past proposals, we start with our contractor-voice default and tune it across your first 5–10 quotes.
Does it integrate with my existing CRM?

If you're on Tool Shop CRM: native — the Estimator is the quote engine inside the CRM. For LMN, Aspire, SingleOps, Service Autopilot, or generic CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, etc.): we have adapters built — but we're still validating each on real customer data, so we'll be straight with you on the call about which are battle-tested vs early-access. Spreadsheet or paper today? Manual PDF export works on day one.
How do I pay and how do I cancel?

$49/mo, billed monthly. We send the first invoice via email after onboarding — pay by credit card, e-transfer, or check. To cancel, email us. No long-term contract, no penalty. Your data exports as JSON or CSV on request.
Is there a free trial?

The onboarding call itself is free, and the first quote we draft on the call is yours to keep — even if you don't sign up. That way you see real output on a real job before you commit to anything. After that, $49/mo from month one. No 14-day trial gate, no "oops we charged your card" surprises.
