01

Lead lands

A form notification, quote request, or inbound email hits your inbox.

02

Foreman reads

The AI classifies whether it looks like a real job opportunity and starts the timer.

03

Draft appears

You get a plain-English reply draft with the key context pulled from the lead.

04

You approve

Send, edit, or ignore. The system never speaks for you without approval.

What it protects

The first 24 hours decide the job.

A great lead can die while you are picking up material, running a crew, or walking a site. This gives you a second set of eyes on the inbox without handing your voice to a robot.

Gmail / Google Workspace lead monitor
Stale lead alerts before the opportunity goes cold
AI-drafted replies in contractor language
Approval queue: send, edit, ignore
Simple response-time report
Optional handoff into Tool Shop CRM
Beta offer

Free audit first. Pay only if there is something worth rescuing.

We review your current lead intake, show where jobs can leak, and recommend the smallest setup. If the system can protect real revenue, beta pricing starts at $49/month.

Questions

Does Foreman send messages automatically?

No. The beta is approval-gated. Foreman drafts the reply and alerts you, but you approve, edit, or ignore before anything goes out.

What lead sources can it watch?

The first beta supports Gmail or Google Workspace inboxes, website form notifications, and manual call notes. Facebook, Google Business Profile, and SMS are planned next after the core flow is proven.

Who is this built for?

Landscape, hardscape, deck, outdoor-living, and home-service contractors who miss leads because they are on job sites instead of sitting in their inbox all day.

How is this different from a CRM?

A CRM stores the lead. Lead Rescue protects the first 24 hours: detection, response timing, reply drafting, and owner approval. It can later plug into the full Tool Shop CRM if you want the whole pipeline.
